One person answers these emails, usually within a working day.

Shipping

Every order is packed in the workshop within two working days and arrives eight days from the day you order. Tracking is included on every parcel and sent to your email the moment it leaves.

Shipping is free over $75. Below that it is a flat $6, worldwide. There are no duties or handling fees added at the door — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label; there is no restocking fee and no interrogation.

If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, send a photo and we replace it — no return required for anything under $50.

Care

Aluminium: wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents on anodised surfaces. Glass and stoneware: dishwasher safe unless the specification says otherwise. Coated ripstop: hand wash cold, air dry, never tumble.

Every artifact carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including the electronics.
